The device is programed with the SafeTracks Monitoring Center's Emergency Line, allowing the client to connect directly to our dedicated 911 operators that can dispatch Police, Fire, or Ambulance. Registered Family members will receive courtesy email & SMS notification that will alert them of the SOS activation, along with device current location. Family members will have access to software logins to remotely view the device’s location.
